Not bad she slept for another 4km and 20 mins after we’d finished 👍

@the_goalie88 and @sam._.35 working on their folds into the bar and post slides.  Keeping the chest up when we seal the post aids with our balance and insures that we have maximum net coverage. Make sure to snap that head when we slide post to post.  #egdgoaltending

I put off this run all day. My daughter had a cookie booth (go Girl Scouts!) that I helped at, then I ate pizza and was a sloth all day. The weather turned bad and I didn't want to run in the snow, then it got dark and I was full of excuses. Eventually I kicked my butt into gear and got 7 #dreadmill miles in so I don't regret missing a #trainingday. When motivation isn't around you have to fall back on discipline. Better late than never!

No Busques las cosas rápidas,no hagas dietas extremas,ni uses quemadores de grasa o pastillas y productos milagrosos...por el afán de obtener resultados de inmediato.
Nunca dejes de creer,por que eso es lo importante para no perder la motivación y las ganas de seguir adelante,para cumplir sus objetivos,sueños y metas. 
Nada es fácil, pero tampoco imposible

Started of the morning with a 5 km time trial followed by a sweaty Ocr Circuit which consisted of a 
Spartan circuit Lunch time workout 
5 rounds 1 round 17kg weight vest
150metre hill
Run and back ( 2 grass , 2 stairs , 1 vest , 1 beer crawl
20kg / 20 kettle bell swings
20 push up toe taps
20kg / 20 shoulder press
10 upright bar row feet suspended 
20 seconds handstand walk
1 x bear crawl up the hill at any round with a few active recovery surfs in between followed by a 6.5 km trail / beach sand run this morning !

If you ask me no better way to spend a weekend 😀”
