Decided to stop lifting for a while a push a full rehab cycle to address my aches and pains. And again it is another MASSIVE achievement, this time from @kharv023 who over the weekend smashed @challengewanaka to complete her first ever half Ironman.

It must have been just over a year ago Kristin bought her first road bike at a local bike shop garage sale after going in for just a helmet. Not many people complete a half within a year of having their first road bike.

Another proud coach moment, there is no stopping this human. The word “addiction” comes to mind. Well done Kirsten.
