Disclaimer: the deadlift video had to be pieced together due to the amount of time it took to lift 225lbs for 10 reps, i apologize. Anyways today was a higher volume day for the deadlift and Goodmorning and man i sure wanted to drop dead from how tiring that was. Overall it was a great day there were no missed lifts and i feel stronger and healthier with each passing day! How is everyone else's training going?

But I did NOT, want to walk out of the gym with failure that day when I knew I had it in me.

A month ago I was a little freaked out to hear what my coach wanted me to squat when he first told me the four progressive singles he told me I would be taking over the next few weeks. However, I’m always ready for whatever @agent_jschroth throws at me. After all he only gives me what I can handle. 🤷🏼‍♂️ BW: 196.4 (89)
