Es muy com煤n escuchar a los pacientes decir que saltean algunas comidas, y estos son los motivos m谩s comunes:

- Falta de tiempo.
- Piensan que as铆 bajar谩n m谩s f谩cil de peso.
- Falta de costumbre/h谩bito.
- No tienen hambre.
- Si hacen actividad f铆sica se sienten muy pesados.

La realidad es que cada cuerpo necesita distintos requerimientos y ello implicar谩 la necesidad de realizar m谩s o menos comidas (NO es cierto que TODOS deban hacer 6 comidas diarias!!) .
Pero es sumamente importante no saltear las comidas indicadas seg煤n tus necesidades.

Cuando se realiza AYUNO por un per铆odo prolongado el cuerpo comienza a utilizar como herramientas nutrientes que no deber铆a馃毇...y puede desencadenar en p茅rdida de masa muscular con todo lo que eso conlleva... p茅rdida de fuerza, cansancio, menor rendimiento deportivo. Incluso puede favorecer al aumento de lesiones y dolores musculares.

Adem谩s el hecho de saltear una comida hace que lleguemos a la pr贸xima con muuuuucho m谩s hambre 馃暒 y que de esta forma comamos M脕S cantidad y seguramente seleccionaremos de forma inadecuada!.
