Après 2 ans de sport en salle en plus du wakeboard en suivant une diet peut régulière 
Et un peu brouillon les résultats arrivais pas mal  mais pas super vite 😔

Mais Depuis 6 mois LE TOP 🤗 , je me suis mis à préparer des tup pour TOUS mes repas midi au boulot , là ça commence à tout changer 😱💪
Depuis 2 semaine grâce à @slyfit (merci 🙏) j ai investi dans ces tup , franchement c est Nikel 👌 je prépare mes repas de midi tous les 4 jours pour les 4 jours suivant , gain de temps et pas de risque d acheter de la merde à midi !! 😁

1 dl oat milk 
1 tbs chia seeds 
1 tsp turmeric 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp ginger 
1 tsp syrup

Use some of the citrus sauce from the shrimp as a double duty dressing. Or, if you don't have enough sauce for the dressing, simply use a good extra virgin olive oil (I like the lemon flavored varieties) with an additional squeeze of citrus.

Ingredients
1 pound mediumPan-Seared Citrus Shrimp 31/40
8 cups greens such as arugula spinach, or spring mix
Fruity or lemon-flavored extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 orange
1 avocado sliced or diced
1 shallot minced
4 ounces toasted sliced almonds
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Prepare the recipe for the Pan-Seared Citrus Shrimp, or gently warm the leftover shrimp. Or, if you prefer, serve the shrimp chilled.
Toss the shrimp with the salad greens in a large bowl. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, and if desired, some of the sauce remaining from the shrimp with a generous squeeze of citrus, and toss lightly to coat. Add the avocado, shallots and sliced almonds and then season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve. .

Broodje vitello tonato. 😍

1. Verwarm de oven op 200 graden.
2. Bak de sneeen brood en cherrytomaatjes in 6 min af.
3. Maak de tonijn aan met een eetlepel halfvolle mayonaise en breng op smaak met wat peper.
4. Snijd de rode ui, komkommer en zongedroogde tomaat klein.
5. Haal de broodjes uit de oven en beleg ze met de sla, dungesneden kipfilet, tonijn, komkommer, tomaat, rode ui en zongedroogde tomaat.
6. Maak af met wat pijnboompitjes.
