There are so many different things that can and will influence your weight that its just not that reliable.
Your weight loss journey needs to be more than just a number on a scale
If you want rapid weight loss you could chop your leg off - you wouldn't look any better but you sure would weigh less!
Set your goals as processed based goals - tick off the boxes of the things that you need to do to help you lose that unwanted weight.
> Eating breakfast so you don't have a bacon sarnie at 10am
> Making your own lunch to take to work
> Hitting 10,000 steps per day
> Going to the gym 3 times per week
> Setting a limit on the wine you will drink at the weekend ^^These are all great processed based goals
